All of my issues are resolved and the practice is running smoother. Thank you again for your insight and expertise.
I unequivocally recommend Sharon & can assure all future colleagues and partners that she will over deliver. An absolute professional.
Sharon Fekete has worked tirelessly for our busy 50 yr old pediatric practice for 8 yrs. She has transformed our old practice in many ways with excellent unique ideas. She worked to organize the staff with implementing supervisors & doing reviews. She introduced our new evening hours & hired a nurse practitioner to the practice. She pushed our name out there so we are at the top of search engines.
Vice President, Myrtle Ave. Pediatrics
Once in a lifetime a person comes along who changes EVERYTHING about what you THINK you know about how to run a medical practice OUTSIDE of the examination room. Sharon Fekete has been THAT person to ME… Sharon has taken my “successful” 50-year old pediatric practice and improved upon it in every single way, increasing revenue in an honest and thorough manner, more than 25%… I cannot possibly recommend her highly enough.
President, Myrtle Avenue Pediatrics and Professor of Pediatrics, The University of South Florida College of Medicine
Sharon’s no nonsense approach will make the light come on whether you want to see what’s there or not. Every business needs a sharp, honest and experienced voice to guide it to greener pastures. Sharon is that voice. She has helped my business and I’ll forever be grateful for her services.

WHAT WE ARE GOOD AT
Front office employees are the first line of contact that patients have with your practice and can set the tone for their entire visit—how is your practice being represented? The FRONT OFFICE AMBASSADOR COURSE course transforms front office staff members into Front Office Ambassadors who proactively manage patient interactions with empathy and efficiency.
Recognizing front office staff as an often overlooked key link in patient-doctor interactions (and by extension medical practice success), Sharon designed the FRONT OFFICE AMBASSADOR COURSE from the ground-up to encourage best practices and address common issues she has witnessed throughout her years of experience. This entirely online, self-contained course consists of four lessons, includes must-have downloadable front office forms, and provides a custom certificate of completion to graduates.

Unplugged is hosted by Dr. Greg Savel and just ONE of the many BIG events Sharon has been a major force behind. It promotes interactive OUTDOOR play in this social media world and encourages exercise in this new sedentary lifestyle children are exposed to!
It brings MAJOR exposure to MANY physicians, pediatric specialists, and surrounding local businesses.
Would you like this kind of celebrity to endorse and attend your events?
Being on the cover of industry publications is great for PR and community relations as well. Many times practice groups miss opportunities to be in these magazines simply because they just don’t have the time or resources to write professional quality articles. Not only does Sharon write the articles for submission to local medical trade publications.
She gets her practice clients on the covers. You can read her articles in Healthy Cells Magazine, one on page 14, and in another issue on page 20. Sharon has social media marketing mastered… she has written a book and is published in trade publications… so the logical next step for her clients would be video.

Sharon chose the song to parody. She then wrote all of the lyrics over the course of two days. Sharon sang and performed in the video, choreographed every shot of the video with doctors, staff and children. If this wasn’t enough… She did it all in ONE day!!! So as a result of Sharon’s creativity, initiative and creative energy — the practice got over 500 new patients, and some great kids got a great doctor.
What is your marketing manager or team doing for your practice that compares to this result?
